Healthy habits: Stay hydrated, eat healthy snacks, and pack a nutritious lunch. You can also try grazing throughout the day to keep your energy up.  
Take breaks: Take regular breaks for lunch and mid-morning coffee. You can also try taking a walk outside for some fresh air and light exercise.
